Qualifications

- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum solutions at scale
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong network with Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF) preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals a plus
