- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure R&D budgets and strategic partnerships
- Mentor junior technologists in future-proof development methodologies
- Present quarterly tech forecasts to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching minimum two enterprise-scale innovations
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and market trend forecasting tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
