Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 5 to 500+ engineers
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Experience securing $10M+ in government and private innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Speaker credentials at 3+ major global tech summits (Web Summit, Slush, VivaTech)
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 and UN SDG tech integration
