Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4) to inform product innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing next-gen digital transformation projects
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs for future-tech adoption and measure ROI on innovation investments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for 2026-ready talent
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, decentralized AI, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Strong data analytics skills with ability to translate insights into strategic action
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Excellent presentation skills for communicating complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
