Responsibilities

- Architect ethical frameworks for neural interface deployment
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for emerging tech incubation
- Coordinate with UN Tech Ethics Committee on global standards
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of physicists and AI specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech impact
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning architectures
- Experience with ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to deployment
- Security clearance for federal tech collaboration projects
