Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and sustainable tech
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI systems with ethical governance frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and market disruption
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3-5 concurrent R&D projects
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in biotech and nanomaterials
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech development
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams in agile environments
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
