Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bioinformatics)
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling strategic narratives for stakeholders
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs for future technology adoption
- Manage prototype development and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateX as a future-tech authority
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product strategy, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Experience with futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong background in UX design principles and human-centered innovation
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives with technical vision
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio showcasing strategic technology foresight work
