Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to drive product innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical plans.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor strategies and industry disruptors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the engineering and design teams in prioritizing projects that maximize ROI and impact.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop long-term roadmaps and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Certifications: PMP, MBA, or relevant technology strategy certifications are a plus.
