Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive technology vision and strategic roadmap for the company leading up to 2026.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) into our core product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Predict future tech trends and assess their potential impact on market positioning and revenue streams.
- Oversee the innovation lab and guide research teams in high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Establish metrics to measure the success of innovation initiatives and technology adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership or strategic roles within the tech industry.
- Proven experience in technology forecasting and roadmap planning.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, machine learning, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated history of leading innovation initiatives that resulted in measurable business growth.
