Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-term technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Blockchain, IoT) to identify viable business applications and competitive advantages.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional innovation labs and pilot programs to test and validate futuristic concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major strategic shifts and investments.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to define technical standards and architectural principles for next-gen solutions.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor strategies to anticipate market shifts and position Quantum Horizon Solutions as an industry leader.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate budget and resources towards high-ROI futuristic projects that drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership, with a specific focus on future trends.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure evolution.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present high-level strategies to C-level executives and boards of directors.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing cross-departmental initiatives.
