Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and assess their potential impact on our product suite.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level strategic visions into technical requirements and project scopes.
- Manage relationships with key technology partners, vendors, and research institutions.
- Drive innovation initiatives by fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the engineering organization.
- Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate disruptions and recommend pivot strategies to the executive board.
- Oversee the budget allocation for research and development of futuristic technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a strategic role within the technology sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and implementing long-term technology strategies.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture, or Digital Transformation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
