- Secure $15M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling stakeholder presentations and ROI projections
- Mentor 12+ researchers while fostering a culture of radical experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Forge industry partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global tech conglomerates for collaborative innovation
- Pioneer patent portfolios in at least two emerging tech domains annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years in tech leadership
- Proven track record delivering commercialized breakthrough technologies (3+ major launches)
- Expertise in converging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M with 95%+ capital efficiency
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape: regulatory frameworks, market readiness, and societal implications
