Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies in quantum computing and AI
- Identify strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders for collaborative R&D
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, biotech interfaces) and translate into actionable strategies
- Secure and manage $5M+ innovation budgets for pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation outcomes to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Foster an experimental culture through hackathons, innovation sprints, and knowledge-sharing platforms
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching commercialized products from research concepts (quantum/AI experience preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD or MBA)
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with Fortune 500 executives and academic researchers
- Deep understanding of ethical AI, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization and innovation scaling
