Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 innovations
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing and advanced AI systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial solutions
- Build and mentor a high-performance R&D team of 15+ specialists
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders
- Present future technology visions to C-suite executives and investors
- Ensure ethical implementation and sustainability of all innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling R&D teams and budgets
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or green tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with federal grant applications for technology initiatives
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- CISSP or CTO-level certification preferred
