Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype 2026-focused technologies including quantum-safe cryptography and neuro-interfaced AI systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech domains
- Develop patentable innovations in autonomous systems and decentralized infrastructure
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for collaborative research
- Create technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and ethical AI frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech methodologies and futuristic problem-solving
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years leading R&D projects in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Expertise in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuro-symbolic AI frameworks
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Security clearance eligibility or experience with classified projects
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language and Python ecosystem
