Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and 2026 industry trends
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate planning
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Present technology insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Drive pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing and executing technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Track record of identifying and capitalizing on disruptive market opportunities
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CTO, CIO) preferred
