Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, decentralized networks) and their market viability through 2030
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into customer offerings
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology forecasting or strategic foresight preferred
