Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends with 3-5 year market impact projections
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating breakthrough technologies into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive technology opportunities
- Define KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, IoT, Biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing technology decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or implemented innovative solutions
