Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of next-generation technologies with 3-5 year commercialization roadmaps
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence opportunities for market entry
- Architect scalable prototypes in our advanced R&D lab targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable business models
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven commercialization success
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Track record of launching products with 5+ year technology horizons
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed future-tech journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or strategic partnerships
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
