Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR, AI ethics)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access R&D pipelines
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and scaling emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, or biotech
- Experience developing future-ready infrastructure for Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
