- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for prototype development
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech ROI and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record implementing AI/quantum solutions at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (H-index >15)
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Strategy or equivalent
