Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy) and their potential applications.
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to align technology strategy with business objectives.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and technological disruptions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including startups, research institutions, and industry partners.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management.
- Proven track record of identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and translating them into business value.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
