Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation sprints focused on ethical AI and sustainable tech solutions
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate partnerships
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
