Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record launching technologies with 7-figure revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, neuromorphic computing)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
