As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to identify breakthrough opportunities in quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, and biotech integration. You'll shape our long-term technology investments while ensuring alignment with sustainable growth and market disruption goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-24 month implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, etc.) and market impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven impact projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access cutting-edge R&D
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with exposure to emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services at scale
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
