Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AR/VR convergence, and biometric AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces and sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis in post-quantum cryptography and neuromorphic computing
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic research labs and government innovation initiatives
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive augmentation technologies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic architectures, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups from prototype to market
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Certified in Future Foresight Methodology (FFM) or equivalent
