Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Develop actionable roadmaps for tech adoption and integration across global operations
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and influence investment decisions
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on future-readiness
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies within enterprise environments
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, biotech, or AR/VR)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with executive audience experience
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent industry innovation portfolio
- Fluency in agile, lean, and design-thinking methodologies
