Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields including AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and track implementation progress
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse audiences
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership) preferred
