Responsibilities

- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to acquire IP and talent
- Architect scalable technology frameworks for sustainable digital transformation across verticals
- Present technology forecasts and innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for prototype development and pilot programs
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years tech leadership experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level strategic planning experience with Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
