- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify partnership opportunities in emerging tech ecosystems
- Create executive reports and presentations communicating technology implications to leadership
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype development
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals preferred
