Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to foster creative problem-solving and cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage pilot programs for prototype technologies and measure ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two disruptive tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
