Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-generation solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future adoption landscapes
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching cutting-edge products with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex futurescapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple time zones
- Published thought leadership in future technologies or strategic foresight
- Certification in emerging tech or strategic foresight methodologies preferred
