Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for emerging tech applications
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure R&D budgets and strategic partnerships
- Present technology forecasts to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline management and ROI tracking
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/IoT products to market
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Strong PMP or equivalent innovation certification
