Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted blockchain ecosystems
- Design AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployments
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES) representing our 2026 vision
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech specialization programs
- Patent 2+ breakthrough technologies annually in quantum computing or neuromorphic chips
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent startup scaling experience)
- 5+ years leading R&D teams at companies like Google X, DeepMind, or similar innovation labs
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or AI ethics
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Portfolio of deployed systems handling >10M transactions/sec with 99.999% uptime
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
