Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into customer solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubators and mentor technical teams on future-readiness
- Drive partnerships with academic labs and tech startups for early-stage adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive communication
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies
