Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum, AI, and biotech integration
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Manage innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/metaverse)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience securing government grants or venture funding for R&D
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
