Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 3-5 year horizon impact analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating next-gen innovations into company's product ecosystem
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology adoption priorities
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and identify disruptive market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with global innovation ecosystems and research institutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting emerging tech trends and translating to business strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Certifications in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
