Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and industry disruptors

- Establish cross-functional innovation labs and mentor technical teams in emerging domains
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech-driven market shifts
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict adoption curves
