Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record leading quantum computing or AI ethics initiatives
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Experience scaling technologies from R&D to commercial deployment
- Strong understanding of global regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, CTO Academy) preferred
