Responsibilities
- Lead strategic research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, sustainable tech) relevant to 2026 market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into development pipelines
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking technology adoption maturity and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an external network of tech innovators, researchers, and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Certifications in strategic foresight, technology management, or relevant domain expertise
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
