- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruption vectors to identify first-mover opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Oversee technology incubation programs and portfolio innovation pipeline
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record in anticipating tech disruption (quantum, AI, bio-tech, or sustainability focus)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech commercialization pathways and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and investment domains
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems and venture capital community
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) preferred
