Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years focused on future technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive and technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) highly desirable
