Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and managing vendor ecosystems
