Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 market disruption potential
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI-bio convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Build patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions to shape research priorities
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3, or neuromorphic AI
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field preferred
- Experience building innovation ecosystems (corporate-academic-government)
