Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry publications
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Strong network with IEEE, ACM, or similar tech innovation bodies
- Certification in Futures Thinking methodologies preferred
