- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech
- Develop IP strategies and patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-departmental innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech implementation
- Proven track record of scaling technology roadmaps from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience with federal innovation grants and DARPA-style projects
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
