Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional prototyping of decentralized web3 infrastructure solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with ethical impact assessments
- Design carbon-negative data center architectures for 2026 scalability
- Strategize adoption frameworks for neuromorphic computing in enterprise environments
- Present future-state scenarios to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative technology methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in emerging technology R&D with demonstrable industry impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design or neuromorphic computing architectures
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proven experience with technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible innovation frameworks
- Portfolio of deployed systems using next-gen computing paradigms
