- Lead 5+ concurrent innovation sprints with 10+ engineers
- Translate strategic roadmaps into technical specifications
- Partner with product teams to align tech with market demands
- Present quarterly tech forecasts to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior architects on emerging tech best practices
- Secure 3+ patents/year for novel system architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems with 5+ in AI/quantum
- Published research in Nature or IEEE journals
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of patent-protected innovations
- Experience leading 20+ person technical teams
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology landscape forecasts
