- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI governance) and translate insights into strategic priorities
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate technical feasibility
- Present technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in for innovation initiatives
- Build and manage external ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and cutting-edge startups
- Author thought leadership content on technology evolution and its societal implications
- Drive innovation sprints to incubate moonshot projects with measurable ROI potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Track record of converting future-vision into executable roadmaps with measurable business impactExceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions and disruption scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders on technology transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation strategy
