Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized systems) to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot projects for cutting-edge innovations
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic technology roles
- Proven experience developing and executing technology roadmaps with multi-year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Track record of leading successful technology transformations in Fortune 500 environments
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, TensorFlow) preferred
